Services may be provided directly by EBCG, through affiliated providers, or through third-party software platforms and vendors.
- No Guarantee of Results
EBCG provides consulting, strategic guidance, automation systems, marketing support, AI-enabled business solutions, lead generation assistance, branding support, and related business services intended to support business operations and growth.
However, EBCG does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to revenue increases, profitability, lead volume, conversion rates, search rankings, advertising performance, funding approvals, customer acquisition, or business growth.
Business performance depends on numerous factors outside of EBCG’s control, including market conditions, competition, implementation quality, customer behavior, platform policies, advertising budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Any examples, testimonials, projections, or estimated outcomes are illustrative only and do not guarantee future performance.
- Website Use
You agree to use this website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

Subject to full payment of all applicable fees, Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for internal business purposes.
Client may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit EBCG intellectual property without prior written consent.
Any pre-existing EBCG systems, templates, frameworks, prompts, automations, or methodologies remain the exclusive property of EBCG even if incorporated into Client deliverables.
- Client Information and Submissions
When submitting information through our website, forms, scheduling systems, email, phone, or text message systems, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it.
Submission of information, booking consultations, or contacting EBCG does not automatically establish a client relationship unless confirmed in writing by EBCG.
- Payments, Fees, Billing, and Refund Policy
Fees for Services will be described in a proposal, invoice, service agreement, order form, or online checkout page.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, consulting fees, strategy fees, digital services fees, and completed work are non-refundable.
- Payments are due in accordance with the payment terms provided by EBCG.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
- Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances incurred before suspension or termination; and
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith may constitute a material breach of these Terms.
EBCG reserves the right to modify pricing or service structures at any time.
- Third-Party Platforms and Services
EBCG may use or integrate with third-party platforms, including CRMs, payment processors, automation tools, advertising platforms, AI providers, scheduling systems, email systems, analytics services, and SMS providers.
EBCG is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, policies, or practices of third-party platforms. Use of third-party platforms may be subject to separate terms and policies.
- No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Insurance Advice
Information provided by EBCG is for general business and educational purposes only.
Unless separately agreed in writing with a properly licensed professional, EBCG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment, insurance, or financial advice.
Clients should consult qualified licensed professionals before making decisions involving legal compliance, taxes, investments, insurance, or regulated activities.
9A. Artificial Intelligence and Automation Services
Certain Services may involve artificial intelligence, automation systems, language models, predictive systems, or third-party AI platforms.
Client acknowledges that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, hallucinations, or bias;
- AI-generated materials require human review before operational or legal use;
- EBCG does not guarantee the legality, originality, or regulatory compliance of AI-generated outputs; and
- Third-party AI providers may change functionality, pricing, availability, or policies at any time.
Client remains solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final materials, automations, marketing content, and business decisions.
- User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business activities, marketing campaigns, websites, communications, text messaging, advertising, and customer follow-up systems comply with applicable laws and regulations.
10A. Client Responsibilities and Cooperation
Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, requested materials, and reasonable cooperation necessary for EBCG to perform Services.
EBCG is not responsible for delays, missed deadlines, reduced performance, or project interruptions caused by Client delays, lack of cooperation, inaccurate information, or third-party restrictions.
- Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from EBCG regarding inquiries, appointments, account notifications, customer support, service updates, and marketing communications were permitted by law.
Communications may be delivered via email, SMS, automated dialing, CRM, or prerecorded messaging systems.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
- Email Communications
EBCG intends to comply with applicable email marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM requirements. Marketing emails may include unsubscribe mechanisms and required business identification information.

- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EBCG, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your business activities, use of the Services, submitted materials, or violations of law or third-party rights.
- Privacy and Data Practices
EBCG’s Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Services.

Client acknowledges that internet transmissions are not guaranteed to be completely secure and that third-party systems may process or store information outside EBCG’s direct control.
- Force Majeure
EBCG shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, natural disasters, vendor outages, labor disruptions, AI platform interruptions, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
- Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Ohio.
The parties waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
EBCG may seek injunctive relief in court for claims of intellectual property misuse, nonpayment, or unauthorized access.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any permitted court proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located within Ohio.
- Severability

- Attorney Fees
